中国不同注册类型建筑企业就业效率分析--基于面板数据的实证分析

         

摘要

就业是宏观经济管理的重要内容,依据产业差异系数构建了建筑业就业差异系数,进一步定量分析了中国不同注册类型建筑企业就业差异系数与就业总量的关系,从定性和定量两个角度分析了中国不同注册类型建筑企业的就业效率。研究表明:国有企业总体上就业差异系数最大,港澳台资企业次之,集体企业处于第三,外资企业最小,并提出了建筑企业能力提升的指导方向。%Employment is an important in macroeconomic management.Construction employment difference co-efficient is introduced according to industrial difference coefficient.Further quantitative analysis on the relation-ship between employment difference coefficient and overall employment of Chinese construction industry is de-veloped.Enterprise employment efficiency in China construction industry is analyzed from qualitative and quan-titative angles.Result shows that:the state-owned enterprise overall employment difference coefficient is the lar-gest,Hong Kong and Macao and Taiwan-funded enterprises the second,collective enterprises the third,foreign capital enterprise is the minimum.Finally,suggestion for the promotion of construction enterprise is put for-ward.
