新时期加强高校学生社团干部队伍建设的思考

新时期高校学生社团活跃，建设好一批优秀的学生社团，有效发挥学生社团在思想教育、素质拓展和学生管理工作中的作用，在高校思想政治工作中具有十分重要的意义。为了适应社团建设的新要求，高校应加强大学生社团干部队伍和社团骨干队伍建设，既要注重社团干部团队整体素质的提高，又要重视社团干部的选拔、教育、管理。%In the new period it is of great significance to build a number of outstanding students＂ association and give full play to their role in the ideological education, quality development and student management.
