养生方破壁粉粒的药效学观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of cell-wall-broken powder of Health Preservation Recipe on protecting hepatic function, enhancing immunity and activating blood. Methods Carbon tetrachloride was used to induce acute liver injury in mice. Serum hemolysin and hemorheology of rats were observed to evaluate the pharmacological action of cell-wall-broken powder of Health Preservation Recipe. Then the effect was compared with that of Health Preservation Recipe in sliced herbal medicine. Results High- and middle-dosage of Health Preservation Recipe in cell-wall-broken powder obviously inhibited the increase of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), relieved hepatic pathological injury, and increased serum hemolysin. They also decreased plasma viscosity, and whole blood low-, middle- and high-shear viscosity, and improved hemorheology. Conclusion Cell-wall-broken powder of Health Preservation Recipe exerts certain effect on protecting hepatic function, enhancing immunity and improving hemorheology, and the effect is superior to that of Health Preservation Recipe in sliced herbal medicine.%[目的]观察养生方破壁粉粒保肝、增强免疫和活血的药效学作用.[方法]采用四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤、血清溶血素测定以及对大鼠血液流变学的影响等指标观察养生方破壁粉粒的药效学作用,并与养生方饮片进行比较.[结果]养生方破壁粉粒中、高剂量组能抑制血清谷丙转氨酶(AST)和谷草转氨酶(ALT)的升高,改善肝脏的病理学损伤;升高血清溶血素值;降低血浆粘度和全血低、中、高切粘度,从而改善血液流变学的状态.[结论]养生方破壁粉粒具有一定的保肝、改善免疫及血液流变学状态的作用.同等给药剂量比较,养生方破壁粉粒作用优于饮片.
