Objective To explore the relationship between serum inflammatory mediator interleukin 2 (IL-2) content in patients with secretory otitis media (SOM) and traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation, so as to provide objective clinical evidence for microcosmie syndrome differentiation of SOM. Methods The patientsrnwith different syndrome syndromes were collected, and they were differentiated as wind-heat type (36 cases), damp-heat type (38 cases) , and phlegm and blood stasis type (20 cases). Meanwhile, 40 healthy volunteers served as healthy control group. Serum IL-2 content in each group was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) . Results Serum IL-2 content in SOM patients with wind-heat type and damp-heat type was higher than that in the normal control group (P <0. 05 or P <0. 01 ) , and damp-heat type had the highest IL-2 content, which was significantly different from wind-heat type (P < 0. 01). IL-2 content in the type of phlegm and blood stasis was similar to that in the normal control group (P >0. 05) , but was lower than that in wind-heat type and damp-heat type (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Serum IL-2 content of SOM patients can be used as a parameter for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of SOM. Higher serum IL-2 content is shown in damp-heat SOM patients, wind-heat SOM patients have high IL-2 content, and finally comes the type of phlegm and blood stasis, which indicates that serum IL-2 content can be used as a reference for microscopic syndrome types of SOM patients.%[目的]探讨分泌性中耳炎(SOM)患者血清中炎性介质白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量与其辨证分型的关系,为其微观辨证提供客观的临床依据.[方法]收集SOM患者94例,其中风热型36例,湿热型38例,痰瘀型20例,正常组40例,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定SOM各证型血清中IL-2含量,并与正常组进行比较.[结果]风热型、湿热型SOM患者血清中IL-2水平显著升高,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),其中湿热型升高明显,与风热型比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；而痰瘀型血清中IL-2含量正常,与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),与风热型、湿热型比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]SOM患者血清中IL-2含量可以作为证型辨证的微观依据,SOM患者血清IL-2的高表达是SOM湿热型的特征,而中表达则是风热型的特点,痰瘀型则以低表达为主,血清中IL-2含量对SOM患者微观辨证分型具有一定的参考价值.
