The sports powers pay attention to the coordinated development of competitive sports and mass sports , and the im-provement of the physical quality and quality of life of the whole nation .Developing youth campus football is the basic project to promote the construction of a sports power.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis , this paper compre-hensively analyzes the realistic value of developing youth campus football under the vision of strong sports countries , and clari-fies the factors that affect the development of youth campus football mainly : the fit of football culture and campus culture , teacher construction, funding support and football infrastructure construction.The study believes that to improve the level of youth campus football work : 1) do a good job in the top-level design of youth campus football ; 2) improve the level of cam-pus football teacher construction ; 3) establish a special fund for campus football development ; 4) increase the intensity of campus football infrastructure construction.%体育强国注重竞技体育、群众体育协调发展,提高全民族身体素质、生活品质.发展青少年校园足球是推进体育强国建设的基础工程.采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,综合分析了体育强国视阈下发展青少年校园足球的现实价值,明确了影响青少年校园足球发展的因素主要集中在:足球文化与校园文化的契合度,师资建设、资金的支持力度与足球基础设施建设等.研究认为,提高青少年校园足球工作水平:1)做好青少年校园足球的顶层设计;2)提高校园足球师资建设水平;3)建立校园足球发展专项资金;4)加大校园足球基础设施建设力度.
