College-enterprise cooperation becomes increasingly important in higher vocational education. It is the embodiment of the iconic meaning of the higher vocational institutions and the most important way to develop vocational skills of the students. By drawing on the successful experience of other colleges and a seven-year practice logistics management expertise, Guangzhou City Polytechnic gradually forms a mode of cooperation for sustainable development. We have accumulated some good experience in seniors＇tutorial system and sought help from outstanding graduates and cross-order training mode. This paper also proposes that culture of campus and corporate should coexist with each other and a flexible college-enterprise cooperation operating mechanism should be constructed as well.%校企合作在高职教育中越来越重要，是高等职业院校标志性内涵的体现，是培养高职学生职业技能的最重要途径。通过借鉴其他院校的成功经验以及7年的校企合作探索，广州城市职业学院物流管理专业逐步形成可持续发展的合作模式，在建立学长导师制、优秀毕业生“帮传带”、“交叉订单”培养模式方面形成值得借鉴的经验。文章还提出应提倡校园文化与企业文化共存的多元、兼容的文化氛围，提出建立因时因地制宜的柔性校企合作运行机制的建议。
