By changing the gas phase of the engine to achieve different valve overlap angle,we study the effect of valve overlap angle on engine performance in this paper.GT-Power software is used to establish the simulation mod-el of engine fueled with natural gas hydrogen blends. The effects of two kinds of valve overlap angle on engine torque and emission were investigated.And valve timing case 2 which corresponds to 20°CA valve overlap angle fi-nally is determined on the condition of the whole load of 1400r/min and 2300r/min as the best research program. The study provides theoretical guidance for the application of the valve overlap angle.%通过改变发动机配气相位,实现不同气门重叠角方案,研究不同气门重叠角大小对发动机各项性能的影响关系.利用GT-Power软件建立了某款天然气掺氢发动机仿真模型,分析了两种配气方案下气门重叠角对发动机扭矩、排放的影响规律,最终确定发动机在全负荷工况时1400 r/min和2300 r/min转速下配气方案2对应20°CA气门重叠角为最佳研究方案,该研究方法为气门重叠角的实际应用提供理论指导.
