藻类生物膜制备优选实验研究

     

摘要

为了制备和优选出高效脱氮除磷的藻类生物膜,在室温和光强3500 lx的连续光照条件下,将水华鱼腥藻( Anabaena flos-aquae)、斜生栅藻( Scenedesmus obliquus)和阿氏颤藻( Oscillatoria agardhii)与软性载体、半软性载体和立体弹性载体分别组合制备出9种不同的藻类生物膜,根据其在7 d实验过程中对氨氮( NH4+-N)和总磷( TP)的去除效果以及藻类生物膜脱氢酶活性和胞外多糖含量等指标优选出氮、磷去除效果最佳的藻类生物膜。结果表明:水华鱼腥藻与立体弹性载体组合制备的藻类生物膜是最佳的,其在第7天对污水中NH4+-N、TP的去除率分别可达93.56%和92.23%,高于其他组合的,此时污水中NH4+-N 和 TP浓度分别为1.28 mg/L和1.01 mg/L;该藻类生物膜的脱氢酶活性与胞外多糖含量也高于其他组合,分别为42.18 g/( h·m2)和0.9957 g/m2;该藻类生物膜对NH4+-N、TP的去除率与其脱氢酶活性和胞外多糖含量呈线性相关性。%In order to prepare and optimize effective algal biofilms for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, nine species of algal biofilm were prepared through combining three kinds of algae in-cluding Anabaena flos-aquae, Scenedesmus obliquus and Oscillatoria agardhii with soft carrier, semi-soft carrier and radial elastic space carrier respectively under successive illumination of 3 500 lx and at room temperature. The optimum algal biofilm was selected according to the nitrogen ( NH4+-N) and phosphorus ( TP) removal efficiency from the simulated wastewater in seven days, as well as the dehydrogenase activity and exopolysaccharide contents on the algal biofilm. The experimental results indicate that the algal biofilm, prepared by Anabaena flos-aquae and radial elastic space carrier, works best to remove nitrogen and phosphorous in nine different combinations, whose removal rates of NH4+-N and TP were up to 93.56% and 92.23% respectively on the seventh day, with NH4+-N concentration of 1.28 mg/L and TP concentration of 1.01 mg/L, respectively;meanwhile, the de-hydrogenase activity and polysaccharide contents on the algal biofilm were higher than those of other combinations at the same day, with dehydrogenase activity of 42.18 g/( h·m2 ) and exopolysaccha-ride of 0.995 7 g/m2 , respectively;furthermore, NH4+-N and TP removal efficiency presents corre-lation with dehydrogenase activity and exopolysaccharide contents on the algal biofilm.
