以就业为导向的会展专业教学体系优化研究--以广西财经学院为例

摘要

广西财经学院会展教育从2005年招收第一届本科学生以来，毕业的学生已经达到8届400多人。跟踪访谈毕业生在行业内发展遇到的实际困难，从中发现行业对专业学生需求的实际特征，进而找到高教与市场日益增加的需求的契合点。在此基础上，进一步明确办学定位，从平台、模块、师资、教学方法和继续教育等方面构建优化以就业为导向的教学新体系。%Since the MICE education program from Guangxi University of Finance and Economics started in 2005,the number of graduate students have reached over 400. Through tracking interviews of graduate stu-dents about the practical difficulties they met the study tries to find the actual characteristics of the industry demand for graduates,and then find a meeting point of higher education and the growing market demand. On this basis,the papertries to define how to develop the MICE education by constructing and optimizing an employment-oriented education system in terms of the new platform,module,teachers,teaching methods and continuing education.
