The reduction of folk singers ,the loss of adolescent audience ,the emergence of alternative cultures ,the change of entertainment ways and so on all prevent Zhuang nationality ’s folk song culture from being fast developed .As the maker of the policy ,the government represents the main ideology and possesses the capital advantages ;therefore ,its participation would exert great influence on the protection , utilization and exploitation of Zhuang nationality ’s folk song culture .The government’s efforts ,to some degree ,would promote the development and prosperity of the folk song culture .But the decline of the folk song in public and the prosperity of the government’s promotion together form the ecology of Zhuang na-tionality’s folk songs’ culture in Pingxiang city ,which ,to some degree ,also reflects the Zhuang nationali-ty’s folk song situation of communication in the southwest of Guangxi .% 民间歌手的减少、青少年受众的流失、替代性文化的出现、娱乐方式的改变等都使得壮族山歌文化在民间的发展显得步履维艰。而在政府层面，因其是政策环境的制定者，并拥有着雄厚的资本优势，作为官方主流意识形态参与其中，在壮族山歌文化的保护、利用和开发方面发挥着巨大的作用，它的努力使得壮族山歌文化获得了一定的发展和繁荣。民间的衰落和政府提倡层面上的繁荣交织，构成了凭祥市壮族山歌文化的存在生态，在一定程度上折射出了广西西南部壮族山歌文化在当下的传播境遇。
