The present invention relates to a system for promoting and spreading a donation culture using a sculpture, comprising: a body figure sculpture holding a hugging-type pose; a hug sensor attached to the sculpture and sensing a hug if a person hugs the sculpture; a control unit installed inside the sculpture, operating with sensing signals received from the hug sensor, and generating control signals; and a display unit fixedly installed on an outer side of the sculpture, being capable of displaying donation promoting words, and displaying the number of hugs and the amount of donations. The system of the present invention allows people to experience and recognize the need of donation through installation of the sculpture, increases the promotion effects delivered to the people, and contributes to the spread of the donation culture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
