民族地区地方高师院校中职师资培养模式探索

     

摘要

当前民族地区职业教育快速发展。广西中等职业学校师资队伍总量不足、结构不合理的现状与职业教育规模的扩大形成矛盾。地方高师院校不仅有参与职教师资培养的必要,而且,具有培养职教师资的优势和可行性。根据职业教育对教师素质的要求,专业实践能力培养是高师院校的薄弱环节。为此,高师院校职师培养要重点强化学生专业实践能力培养,充分发挥高校、企业和职业学校三方的资源优势,实施以高校为主、企业和职业学校参与培养的合作教育模式。%Recently ,the vocational education has rapidly developed in ethnic regions .But for the secondary vocational schools in Guangxi ,the status quo in both the insufficient amount of teachers and the irrational structures has caused a contradiction with the expansion of vocational education in scale .The local colleges and universities are not only necessary to participate in teacher training for vocational education ,but also have the advantage and feasibility of training teachers for vocational ed‐ucation .According to the requirements of vocational education for qualified teacher ,the ability train‐ing for professional practice is the weak link of normal colleges and universities .Thus ,the normal col‐leges and universities for teachers’ training should focus on strengthening students’ practical ability , fully exert the resources advantages from colleges and universities , enterprises , and vocational schools ,and implement the cooperative training mode with priority of the colleges and universities , and with the participation of the enterprises and vocational schools .
