第三资料库的开发和“非遗”保护

摘要

非物质文化遗产，主要是以民间文化为主的民族文化遗产。“第三资料库”是民间文化的“非遗”宝库。我国保护“非遗”工作成绩很大，但在实践中，对“非遗”的许多根本问题尚有不少模糊的认识，有的不同看法需要讨论研究，而不正之风的干扰和造成的不良影响，更是需要解决的迫切问题。%Intangible cultural heritage is mainly about national cultural heritage and specially focu-ses on folk culture.The Third Database is the treasure-house of folk cultural heritage.Our country has made great achievements on the preservation of intangible cultural heritage,however,there is al-so a fuzzy understanding on many essential matters of intangible cultural heritage.Thus,this paper proposes that it is urgent and necessary to discuss different views related to these essential matters and cope with the interference and harmful effect caused by the unhealthy tendencies.
