科学发展观指导下的思想政治教育创新——以民族地区高校为例

The scientific outlook on development is a new governing philosophy of the party during the socialist modernization process; it bears the important mission of the ideological and political education in ethnic regions in the process of practicing the scien- tific outlook on development; under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, the innovation of the ideological and polit- ical education in national colleges starts from the innovation of its education philosophy, of education functions, of teaching methods and the optimization the educational team.%科学发展观是党在社会主义现代化建设过程中形成的新的执政理念。民族地区高校思想政治教育在践行科学发展观的过程中承担重要使命。在科学发展观指导下，民族地区高校思想政治教育的创新要从创新思想政治教育理念、创新思想政治教育功能、创新教学内容方法和优化教育队伍等几个途径入手。
