基于大学生电子设计竞赛的学生培训模式探索

Combined with electronic design contest, the training mode is illustrated in detail including introduction experience, layering system improvement and university-hosted technology contests based on electronic design training centre. In addition, the effects of such mode are recommended for students＇ innovation spirit, electronic design and manufacture capability and competition skills cultivation.%作为一项培养高素质大学生和开发人才智力资源的课外科技活动，全国大学生电子设计竞赛已成为考核大学生创新实践能力的一把重要标尺，得到了高等教育界和社会的广泛认可。以电子设计培训中心为平台的学生培训模式，涵盖了入门体验、层次化系统提高、校级科技竞赛练兵等环节，对学生的创新实践精神、电子设计制作能力和参赛技能的培养具有一定的成效。
