Since the "participatory" philosophy is merged into teaching methods of Career Guidance curriculum, this paper establishes the class⁃room management model of questions-participation-reflection-improvement to help students develop good professional qualities, interpersonal skil s, social awareness and reflection ability.% 人类学、社会学倡导的田野调查和民族志方法已被西方国家运用于教育研究和教学实践中,并生发出独特的“参与式”课程观。在大学生就业指导课程中融入“参与式”理念和教学方法,建立提出问题—参与—反思—提升的课堂管理模式,将有助于大学生良好的职业素养、人际交往能力、社会认知度和反思能力的养成。
