唇腭裂患儿母亲身心健康及其影响因素调查分析

摘要

目的:调查了解唇腭裂患儿母亲身心健康及其影响因素.方法:采用自制症状量表及访谈对96例唇腭裂患儿的母亲及42例健康儿童的母亲进行心理调查.将病历资料根据不同因素分组进行对比分析.结果:(1)病例组患儿母亲在总分、心理、家庭、社会维度均高于对照组(P＜0.05);(2)唇裂伴或不伴牙槽突裂组(CL±A)的总分、心理、家庭、社会功能水平均较唇腭裂组(CLP±A)、腭裂组(CP)低(P＜0.05);(3)患儿年龄、唇腭裂类型、母亲的职业、居住地、生育年龄可对病例组不同维度得分有影响(P＜0.05).结论:唇腭裂患儿母亲的心理压力较正常儿童母亲大,伴腭裂者压力更甚,乡镇母亲需要更多序列治疗的宣教及治疗指导,应注重在患儿治疗前、后期持续为其提供心理疏导.%Objective:To investigate the factors affecting the physical and mental health of mothers of children with cleft lip and palate (CLP).Methods:Using the self-made symptom scale to investigate 96 mothers of children with CLP and 42 mothers of normal children.Results:The quality of life mental function,social function,family well-being scores of the mothers of children with CLP were higher than those of the controls (P＜0.05).In terms of the psychological,social function dimension,cleft palate (CP) group lower than cleft lip (CL)±alveolarcleft (A) and CLP±A group (P＜0.05).The children'age,the type of CLP,mother's occupation,residence and childbearing age could influence the different dimensions scores of case group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Mothers of CLP children have higher psychological pressure than normal children's mothers.Township mothers need more mission and treatment guidance on team approach,and medical staff should focus on providing psychological counseling continuously to them through the treatment period.
