变应性鼻炎患者Th17/Treg细胞比例与病情严重程度的相关性分析

摘要

目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者Th17/Treg细胞比例与病情严重程度的关系.方法:收集2014年9月至2017年1月在本院接受治疗的变应性鼻炎患者118例作为观察组,另取同期在本院进行体检的健康人群100例作为正常对照组.对比两组研究对象的外周血Th17/Treg细胞比例、鼻通气功能指标水平及血清炎症因子含量的差异.结果:观察组患者外周血中Th17比例、Th17/Treg比值均显著高于正常对照组,Treg比例低于正常对照组(P＜0.05);激发后鼻通气功能指标鼻腔容积(NV)、鼻腔最小横截面积(MCA)、最小横截面距前鼻孔距离(DCAN)的水平低于正常对照组,鼻阻力(NR)的水平高于正常对照组;血清中炎症因子白介素(IL)-4、IL-6、IL-12、IL-31的含量显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05).Pearson相关性分析结果显示,变异性鼻炎患者外周血中Th17比例、Treg比例、Th17/Treg比值均与鼻通气功能指标NV、MCA、DCAN、NR的水平,血清中炎症因子IL-4、IL-6、IL-12、IL-31的含量有明显的相关性(均P＜0.05).结论:变应性鼻炎患者外周血Th1 7/Treg细胞比例失衡,且失衡程度与病情严重程度相关密切.%Objective:To study the proportion of peripheral blood Th17/Treg cell in allergic rhinitis patients and its correlation with the severity of disease.Methods:118 allergic rhinitis patients in our hospital fromg September 2014 to January 2017 were selected as an observation group,and 100 healthy subjects were enrolled as a control group.The ratio of Th17/Treg cells in peripheral blood,the indexes of nasal ventilation function and serum contents of inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared.Results:Th17 ratio and Th17/Treg ratio in peripheral blood of observation group were higher than those in control group,while the Treg ratio was lower (P＜0.05).Nasal ventilation function indexes such as nasal volume (NV),nasal minimum cross-sectional area (MCA) and distance of the minimal cross-sectional area to the nostril (DCAN) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,whereas the level of nasal resistance (NR) was higher (P＜0.05).Serum contents of inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-4,IL-6,IL-12 and IL-31 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Proportion of Th17/Treg cells in peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis patients is imbalance,and the degree of imbalance is directly related to the severity of the disease.
