正交试验在稠油蒸汽复合吞吐方案优选中的应用

         

摘要

为优化锡14块稠油蒸汽复合吞吐注采参数,减少单因素分析试验次数并优选最佳的注入方案,通过正交试验设计若干套注入方案,并运用CMG软件中的STARS热采模块,在完成区块前三个生产周期历史拟合的基础上,对第四个生产周期正交试验方案进行数值模拟研究。利用SPSS统计软件计算正交试验方案中各因素的影响均值和极值,确定最佳参数值,并结合经济评价结果优选出最优方案。研究表明,当降粘剂注入量为34t,二氧化碳注入量为200t,蒸汽注入量为2600t,注入温度为295℃,焖井时间为5 d时,可获得最佳的采油效果和经济效益。%In order to optimize injection and production parameters of steam huffing -puffing ,reduce the times of single factor analysis test , and select the best injection scheme of xin 14 heavy oil block ,orthogonal test is used to several injection schemes .on the foundation of his-tory matching of three production cycle ,the orthogonal test scheme of forth production cycle is carried on through numerical simulation . SPSS software is used to calculate the influence and extreme of the various factors in orthogonal test .Ultimately the optimal parameters of the injection rate is determined by comparing extreme size ,and the result of economic evaluation is combined to choose the best scheme .Stud-ies show that the best production effect and economic benefits could be obtained when the amount of viscosity injection is 34 tons , the amount of CO2 injection is 200 tons ,the amount of water injection is 2600 tons ,injection temperature is 295℃ and soak time is 5 days . This study provides some technological thoughts of parameters optimization of huffing -puffing of heavy oil block steam ,and has an impor-tant practical significance .
