摘要

The shortage of migrant workers is rooted in the fact that the Lewis turning point has come and the demograph- ic dividend is about to disappear. As a result, we must obtain demographic dividend extension to turn quantitative demographic dividend into the "quality-oriented" demographic dividend through institutional arrangements, so as to provide lasting power for future economic growth.%民工荒的根源在于刘易斯拐点已经到来，人口红利即将消失。因此必须通过制度安排来获得人口红利延伸，从“数量型”人口红利转向“质量型”人口红利，为未来经济增长提供持久动力。
