对外直接投资逆向效应研究综述

摘要

随着中国对外直接投资的快速增长，对外直接投资的逆向效应越来越受到学者的关注。依据对外直接投资逆向效应的最新研究进展，对国内外相关研究文献进行了综述和剖析，从对外直接投资对母国的就业效应、贸易效应、投资效应、产业效应以及技术效应等五个方面，探析对外直接投资的逆向效应，评述了学者们的研究成果，探讨了这些研究成果对中国的现实意义，并在此基础上梳理了在这些研究领域需要学者们进一步深入研究的课题。%With the rapid growth of China’s outward foreign direct investment ( hereinafter shortened as OFDI) , the reverse effects of OFDI attract more attention of scholars. We analyze the reverse effect of OFDI on the home country in terms of employment effect, trade effect, investment effect, industrial effect and technology effect. In order to grasp the latest research progress of the reverse effect of OFDI, this paper re-views and analyzes the domestic and foreign research literature related, comments on the research results and discusses the practical significance of these findings with the aim to comb the issues that need to be further studied.
