广州市特殊教育“医教结合”模式实践状况的调查研究

     

摘要

“医教结合”理念作为一种必然选择,已在广州市特殊教育学校中得到了探索与实践,并形成了多样化的模式。不过,为了解决影响多样化“医教结合”模式得以顺利实施的诸种现实问题,非常有必要借助信息化手段完善覆盖全市残疾儿童的特殊教育空间布局;多途径完善特殊教育学校及机构的设施设备;探索建立特殊教育学校教职员工(特别是康复类教师)多样化的职业晋升机制和渠道;探索创新特殊教育系统补充教职员工、提升教职员工专业水平的新机制;探索建立广州市层面的“医教结合”宏观协调机制。%‘Combining medical treatment and education together’is an inevitable choice,which has various models in special education schools in Guangzhou City. However a few measures should be done in order to solve certain practical problems which stunt the implementation of‘combining medical treatment and education together’,for example,improving the special schools’space layout by information means so as to include all disabled children in Guangzhou City;improving the schools and their infrastructure in different ways;exploring the diversified promotion systems and channels for special schools ’ staffs,especially for rehabilitation therapists;creating systems to replenish supplies of new staffs and to develop their specialty;building a macro-control mechanism based on the whole administrative system of Guangzhou City.
