It has been a long time that the cultivation for music skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges is emphasized on musical skills. However, how a university student with only musical skills can adapt to social requirements after graduation is a topic lacking of researches in the vocational college personnel cultivation mode. How can the musical personnel cultivation be done in a scientific and orderly way along with “the integration of work and study”? After ten years teaching practice, the author does a reform and trial in the teaching for music major, by creating a “technique and performance” in-class teaching mode, and a “classroom, stage and post” personnel cultivation mode. The integration of the above two modes helps improve students' comprehensive professional capability, cultivate practical personnel with musical skills and embody the values and characteristics of the vocational education.% 长期以来,高校对音乐技能人才的培养都侧重于音乐的技能技巧方面,但一名只具备音乐技能的大学生毕业后如何适应社会的要求,却是高职院校人才培养模式中较少涉猎的。如何才能使音乐技能人才也能科学有序地做到“工学结合”?经过十年的教学实践,笔者对音乐类专业教学作了改革和尝试,构建“技巧+表演”的课堂教学模式和“课堂+舞台+岗位”的人才培养模式,将两种模式相结合,提高了学生的综合职业能力,培养出音乐技能实用型人才,体现了高职教育的价值和特色。
