水利水电工程建设监理问题与对策探析

摘要

The issues about legislation, government management system, society and the market environment, taking charges and the quality of personnel in China water conservancy and hydropower construction industry are listed. This paper also proposes to promote countermeasures for the healthy development of the industry by analyzing the causes of the problems.%阐述我国水利水电建设监理行业在法规、政府管理体制、社会与市场环境、取费及人员素质等方面存在的问题，通过分析找出问题产生的原因，并提出消除问题、促进行业健康发展的对策。
