基于工作过程的课程开发与设计——以《仓储管理实务》课程为例

摘要

针对高职物流管理专业人才培养与企业人才需求之间存在较大差距这一问题，提出了高职物流管理专业应构建“工作过程导向”的学习领域课程方案，并以《仓储管理实务》课程为例阐述了基于工作过程的课程开发成果。%Concerning the gap between the talent cultivation of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges and the needs of enterprises, this paper proposes higher vocational colleges should set up a system of working-process-oriented teaching plan in logistics management major, and illustrates anticipated achievement of such curriculum development by taking the course "warehouse management practice" as an example.
