巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1γ 对胰腺癌BxP C-3细胞迁移和侵袭的影响

摘要

目的 研究巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1γ(macrophage inflammatory protein-1γ,MIP-1γ)对胰腺癌BxPC-3细胞迁移和侵袭的影响.方法 采用Transwell小室细胞迁移和侵袭实验,研究MIP-1γ对胰腺癌BxPC-3细胞迁移和侵袭的影响.结果 MIP-1γ组BxPC-3细胞迁移和侵袭的数目明显比对照组多(P<0.01).结论 MIP-1γ能促进胰腺癌BxPC-3细胞的迁移和侵袭.%Objective To study the effect of MIP-1γ on pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 cell migration and invasion. Methods Transwell cell migration and invasion assays were used to measure the effect of MIP-1γon pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 cell migration and invasion. Results There were more migratory and invasive BxPC-3 cells in MIP-1γ group than that in the control group. Conclusion MIP-1γ may promote the migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 cells.
