桑唐饮口服液降血糖作用的实验研究

         

摘要

目的 评价桑唐饮口服液的降血糖作用.方法 采用四氧嘧啶诱导高血糖大鼠模型,连续给药桑唐饮口服液30 d后,检测给药前后的血糖变化、给药后的糖化血红蛋白(GHb)含量、胰岛素含量,胰腺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并通过HE染色,镜下观察胰腺的病理变化,综合评价桑唐饮口服液降血糖作用的效果.结果 与模型组大鼠相比,桑唐饮高、中剂量组大鼠体质量显著性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),血糖值、GHb含量均明显降低(P<0.01),胰岛素含量显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,给药后桑唐饮口服液高、中剂量组大鼠SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),桑唐饮口服液高、中、低剂量组大鼠CAT活性明显升高(P<0.01);与桑唐饮口服液高剂量组大鼠GSH-px活性明显升高(P<0.01);病理结果显示,与模型对照组相比,桑唐饮口服液高、中、低剂量组胰腺中胰岛数目减少,但胰岛萎缩程度、空泡化程度有所减轻.结论 桑唐饮口服液具有降血糖、抗氧化、保护胰腺的作用.%Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Sangtangyin liquid. Methods The diabetic rat model was induced by alloxan. After treatment with Sangtangyin liquid for 30 days,the levels of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb),insulin and the contents of SOD,MDA,CAT,GSH-px in pancreas were measured. The histopathological changes of pancreases were observed by HE staining. Results Compared with the model group,the levels of blood glucose,GHb and MDA were decreased,but the weight, insulin and SOD level were increased in high and middle dosages of Sangtangyin liquid groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Meantime, the levels of CAT were increased in three different dosages of Sangtangyin liquid groups(P<0.01). The levels of GSH-px were increased in high dosage of Sangtangyin liquid group (P<0.01). The degrees of islet atrophy and vacuolization in pancreases were obviously improved in three Sangtangyin liquid-treated groups. Conclusion Sangtangyin liquid shows obvious hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities.
