高速公路建设中PPP投融资模式研究

摘要

As an important infrastructure in China, high--speed highways have such features： long--time construction, high--tech involvement as well as large demand of funds, therefore, government investment alone can＇t meet the development needs of contemporary society. In view of current situation of high--speed highway investment and financing, this paper analyses the advantage, necessity and feasibility of PPP finan cing. In PPP financing mode,government and private businesses or individuals play their respective advantages to provide services for the highway, and share responsibilities, risk and revenue.%针对我国目前高速公路建设的投融资现状，分析了高速公路建设运用PPP融资的优势、必要性及可行性。探讨了承担责任、分担风险和分享收益等方面在PPP融资模式中，政府部门与民营企业或个人的职能及优势。
