绿色保障性住房激励约束机制研究

摘要

It is the general trendand in line with the demands of Scientific Development Outlook to developing green government -subsidized housing in China .On the basis of incentive and restraint theory ,this article in-vestigates the relationship between government ,construction -related enterprises and households during the development of green government -subsidized housing process ,and proposes a framework of incentive and restraint mechanismsin order to achieve the win -win among three parts andpromote the development of green government -subsidized housing .%指出了发展绿色保障性住房是大势所趋，符合科学发展观的要求。对政府、建筑相关企业、消费者进行了研究，分析了三者的委托代理关系，结合激励约束理论，提出了发展绿色保障性住房激励约束机制的框架，以促使三者的利益趋于一致，实现三方共赢，推动绿色保障性住房的快速发展。
