基于功能分析系统技术的低碳建筑方案优化

     

摘要

Low carbon architecture is one of the most important direction of construction industry , and scheme optimization is the key stage of the early plan which belongs to the low carbon architecture .Therefore ,taking the scheme optimization of the low carbon architecture as study object and taking low pollution ,low emission ,low energy consumption and indoor environment pollution as four performance index of the low carbon architecture ,this article analyzes the functions of the low carbon architecture projects and draws a function analysis system technology (FAST ) diagram to carry out the analysis of function -cost and function -performance .Additionally ,it calculates the function-cost numerical distributions and function -performance distributions by using the simplest solution and combines with matrix algorithm of function cost .Finally ,through performance sensitivity matrix ,it takes advantage of analysis of relative numerical to obtain the conclusion that it should replace or abandon the function of high cost and low performance and put emphasis on the function of outstanding contribution to the performance ,thereby achieving the scheme optimization .%指出了低碳建筑是建筑业发展的重要方向之一,方案优选又是低碳建筑前期策划的主要工作,因此以低碳建筑方案优选为研究对象,将低污染、低排放、低能耗及室内环境污染作为低碳建筑四大性能指标,以低碳建筑项目的功能性分析为基础,绘制了功能分析系统(FAST )图,进行了功能成本分析及功能性能分析;并运用最简单方案法,结合功能成本的矩阵算法,计算出功能成本数值分配额以及功能性能分配额,最后通过性能敏感性矩阵,利用相关的数值分析,得出了对高成本低性能贡献的功能应该采取替换或摒弃措施以及对性能有卓越贡献的功能需要着重考虑的结论,从而实现了方案的优化。
