以辽西地区大铃铛枣为试验材料,用减压储藏与常压规储藏做对比,研究了两种储藏方式对果实的品质的影响。结果表明:减压储藏能够明显的影响大枣的硬度,抑制大枣软化,同时抑制还原糖量的上升,减缓衰老程度。%The article takes DaLingDang jujube in western Liaoning as the test material and conducts a comparison be‐tween the hypobaric storage and normal storage to test the influence on the quality of fruit .The results show that the hypobaric storage can significantly affect the hardness of jujube and suppress the softening of jujube .Hypobaric storage can suppress the increase of reducing sugar and slow down the degree of aging .
