针对超强台风的大规模人群疏散模式研究

摘要

China is one of the countries which is the most seriously affected by typhoon disaster.According to the statistics, there are about 7 typhoons landing each year affecting our country, which seriously threatens the safety of life and property of the people.Based on the perception of typhoon disaster situation, this paper introduced the pattern of large-scale crowd evacuation in order to improve the efficiency of anti-Taiwan evacuation.Meanwhile, the ability to solve typhoon disaster was also enhanced, ensuring the safety of life and property of the masses.%指出了我国是受台风灾害影响最严重的国家之一,据统计,平均每年约有7个台风登陆影响我国,严重威胁到人民群众的生命财产安全.以超强台风为背景,分析了影响抗台风人群疏散关键性信息,并基于台风动态信息的刷新性,提出了"态势感知-权衡决策-序贯应对"的大规模人群疏散模式.以提高抗台风人群转移的效率,提升抗台风人群转移的科学性与可行性,增强我国应对台风灾害的能力,从而保障人民群众的生命财产安全.
