基于正交法的旋涡泵结构优化

     

摘要

A new disposition of five structural parameters of 25W-25 vortex pump was carried out,and the orthogonal testing method was introduced to design the orthogonal scheme with five factors and four levels. Then, 16 different structural disposition schemes were obtained from the orthogonal scheme and divided into 4 groups. After that,the three-dimensional models of each disposition scheme were established and each of them divided by non-structural grid. Then the models were simulated by using the Reynold time-average equation,RNG k-ε turbulence mode and the SIMPLEC algorithm. With the simulated result,the optimal model of each group was selected, and finally, two better structural schemes were obtained after the comparison with the original pump model.%以25W-25型旋涡泵为研究对象,对其5种结构参数重新进行配置,同时引入正交试验法,设计一个5因素4水平的正交方案,得到16种不同的结构配置方案,并将其划分为4组.建立对应各配置方案的旋涡泵三维模型,以非结构化网格划分流动区域,运用雷诺时均方程和RNG κ-ε湍流模型结合SIMPLEC算法对各模型进行数值模拟.通过分析从各组中选出最优模型,将选出的4种模型与原型泵做最终对比,得到了2种比原模型更为优秀的结构方案.
