基于正交试验法的选择性催化还原脱硝系统结构优化

     

摘要

以实际电厂选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统为基础,构建三维模型,对其内部结构进行优化,对影响脱硝效率的3种因素(前置、后置导流板数以及喷氨管位置)设计正交试验,共设计出9组试验,利用数值模拟对试验结果进行分析.结果表明,增加前置导流板数有利于提高脱硝效率,喷氨管位置对脱硝系统影响最大,喷氨管位置越低越有利,据此能得出较理想的SCR脱硝系统结构.%The 3D model was based on the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification systerm of the ac-tual power station ,aiming to optimize the internal structure of SCR denitrification systerm .9 orthogonal experiments were used to analyze the 3 factors (numbers of prepose and postpose guide plates and the position of ammonia injec-tion pipe) affecting denitration efficiency .By numerical simulation ,the results of orthogonal experiments were ana-lyzed .The result showed that increasing the number of prepose guide plate was beneficial to improve the denitration efficiency .It also proved that the position of ammonia injection pipe had the greatest impact on the denitration effi-ciency ,with the lower position of ammonia injection pipe ,the better denitration efficiency .Based on this ,an ideal structure of SCR denitrification systerm was gotten .
