基于混合式故障率的预防维修权衡模型

     

摘要

By introducing the hybrid hazard rate based on the concept of age reduction factor and hazard rate increase factor for series system, the trade-off model where the reliability and the cost can be taken as objective functions respectively on the finite interval is built. This provides reliable decision-making for systematic maintenance activities so as to pursue different goals. The model has a wide range of applications.%针对典型的串联系统,通过引入基于役龄递减因子和故障率递增因子的混合式故障率,构建有限区间分别以可靠度和费用为目标函数的预防维修策略权衡模型,为追求不同系统目标而进行维修活动提供了决策依据,使模型具有更加广泛的应用范围.
