直升机机头多物理场耦合分析

     

摘要

研究直升机在两相流的作用环境下,受侧向来流影响进行加速飞行和匀速飞行过程中其机头部位的力学性能变化,采用多物理场耦合工具,耦合联立结构计算仿真分析软件和流体计算仿真分析软件,对直升机机头部位的简化模型进行了三维流-固-热耦合数值分析.结果表明,直升机在飞行过程中温度基本保持平缓降低趋势;机头表面应力随着速度的增大而增大,但应力分布相对均匀且无应力集中现象发生;两块玻璃之间的机壳及周边部分区域产生位移较大,需采取相应措施减小产生的位移以防止变形和断裂.结论对设计和研发有一定的借鉴作用.%For studying mechanical property change of helicopter head when helicopter is subject to side air stream in the process of accelerating or constant speed under two-phase air flow action,as multi-physics coupling means,coupling simultaneous structural computer simulating analysis software and fluid compu-ting simulation analysis software is used to conduct three dimensional flow-solid-thermal coupling analysis of simple model in helicopter head.The result shows that the temperature of helicopter when flying keeps gently decreasing;surface stress of helicopter head increases with speed increasing,but the stress uniformly distributes without concentration;main case between two pieces of glass and partial region near it occurs bigger displacement,so some measures are needed to reduce the displacement so as to prevent deformation and fracture.The conclusion has guiding effect on design and research & development.
