Zn2+对当归种子萌发和幼苗渗透调节物质积累与活性氧代谢的影响

         

摘要

以甘肃道地中药材当归(Angelicasinensis)为研究对象,通过室内砂培方法,研究了不同浓度下(10-6、10-5、10-4、10-3 mol/L)Zn2+对当归种子萌发、幼苗生长、渗透调节物质积累和活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明:低浓度Zn2+显著促进当归种子萌发和幼苗生长,高浓度 Zn2+显著抑制当归种子萌发和幼苗生长,抑制程度随 Zn2+浓度提高而增强;随着Zn2+浓度的增加,叶片 O2-·产生速率和 H2 O2含量明显增加,SOD、POD、CAT和 APX活性先升后降,高浓度Zn2+处理下 GSH 和 AsA含量明显降低,幼苗叶片中Pro、可溶性糖和 MDA含量随Zn2+浓度升高而升高。%Sand culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of Zn2+ with different concentra-tions (10-6 mol/L,10-5 mol/L,10-4 mol/L,10-3 mol/L)on the germination and seedling growth,osmotica accumulation and active oxygen metabolism of Angelicasinensis,authentic Chinese herbal medicine of Gan-su.The results showed that the low concentrations of Zn2+ increased the seeds germination and seedling growth significantly,while the high concentrations of Zn2+ showed inhibition effects,and the inhibition de-gree increased with the concentration.With the increasing of Zn2+ concentration,the O2 -·production rate and H2 O2 contents of leafves increased obviously,the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,cata-lase and ascorbate peroxidase increase first and then decreased.The contents of glutathione and ascorbic acid of leaves decreased obviously under high concentration of Zn2+.The proline,soluble sugar and malon-aldehyde contents increased with the increasing of Zn2+ concentration.
