鸡源乳杆菌的分离鉴定及益生性能研究

摘要

The Lactobacillus strains SL3 had acid and bile salt resistance isolating from healthy broiler was identified in present study. The result shows that a kind of bacterioncin-like substance produced by this strain has the ability to inhibiting E. coli, S. typhimurium, S. aureus and M. lysodeikticus. Present study suggested that this strain be used as an efficient micro-ecological product for good adhesion to the intestine and higher bio-safety.%从健康的蛋鸡肠道内分离鉴定了一株耐酸耐胆盐乳杆菌SL3菌株。该菌可产生一种对大肠杆菌（E.coli）、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(S.typhimurium)、金黄色葡萄球菌（S.aureus)和溶壁微球菌(M.lysodeikticus)均具有抑制作用的类细菌素，且具有良好的肠道黏附能力和生物安全性，可作为微生态制剂的优良菌种使用。
