利用HPLC法对长白山地区分布的7种鹅膏属真菌成熟子实体中的α-鹅膏毒肽(α-amanitin)、β-鹅膏毒肽(β-amanitin)和鬼笔毒肽(phalloidin)的含量进行了测定.结果表明:芥橙黄鹅膏(Amanita subjunquillea)和橙黄鹅膏(Amanita aff.citrina)中均含有3种毒素,其中芥橙黄鹅膏的α-鹅膏毒肽含量为2 395.91μg/g、β-鹅膏毒肽含量为1653.75μg/g和鬼笔毒肽含量为405.26μg/g;橙黄鹅膏的分别为1 121μg/g、4 244 μg/g和9 442μg/g.芥橙黄鹅膏白色变种(Amanita subjunquillea var.abla)中含有β-鹅膏毒肽,其含量为614.00μg/g.其他5种鹅膏中均未检测到上述3种毒素.%The content of α-amanitin, β-amanitin and phalloidin in the fruit bodies of 7 species of Amanita from the ChangbaiMountains in northeastern China was analyzed by means of high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed thatthe contents of α-amanitin, β-amanitin and phalloidin in A. subjunquillea are 2.395 9μg/g, 1.653 8 mg/g and 0.405 3mg/g respectively, and those in A. aff. citrina are 1.121 0 mg/g, 4. 244 0 mg/g and 9. 442 0 mg/g respectively. Thecontent of β-ananitinin A. subjunquillea var. alba is 0. 614 0 mg/g. These three kinds of toxins were not deteminined inother species tested.
