基于四重氢键作用的相变保温聚氨酯

             

摘要

A new 2-ureido-4-pyrimidone(UPy) containing chain extender was adopted to extend the polyurethane prepolymer of hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and polyethylene glycol(PEG).The synthesized polyurethane was characterized by DSC,XRD,viscosity and tensile testing.Results showed that the obtained polyurethane possessed excellent phase change behavior,with phase change enthalpy up to 142 J/g.Meanwhile,its tensile strength was significantly improved when UPy units dimer through a self-complementary quadruple hydrogen bond.Compared with polyurethane samples using 1,4-butyl glycol(BDO) and hydroxyethyl ether of resocinol(HER) as chain extender,the tensile strength of this new polyurethane increased by 56% and 19%,respectively.%以一种新型含四重氢键脲基嘧啶酮单元(2-脲-4[1H]-嘧啶酮,UPy)的二元醇为扩链剂,扩链异氰酸酯基封端的1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)与聚乙二醇(PEG)合成的聚氨酯预聚物,成功合成了含四重氢键单元的相变保温聚氨酯。通过DSC、XRD、黏度测试及拉伸力学性能测试对聚氨酯进行了性能分析。结果表明:该聚氨酯具有较好的相变保温性能,相变焓高达142 J/g;同时,四重氢键形成后,其拉伸强度比烷基扩链剂1,4-丁二醇(BDO)合成的聚氨酯增加了56%,比苯环扩链剂间苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HER)合成的聚氨酯增加了19%。
