以脱氢枞胺为核心,采用发散合成法,与丙烯酸甲酯和乙二胺交替进行迈克尔加成反应和酰胺化缩合反应,合成了1.5代的超支化分子.在此基础上,以1.5代的超支化分子为起始剂,与牛磺酸反应制备了一种超支化水煤浆分散剂.通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对合成物的结构进行了表征,并将其应用于陕西神府煤制浆,考察了浆体的表观粘度、流变性及静态稳定性.研究表明,在分散剂用量用0.4%(占浆体质量百分比),水煤浆的成浆质量浓度可达到67%,粘度为987mPa·s;流变性实验研究表明,浆体属于假塑性流体;超支化分散剂在煤粒表面的吸附量曲线近似呈L型,吸附量大,并且其制得的浆体具有良好的稳定性.%The 1, 5 generation hyperbranched molecule was synthesized with dehydroabietylamine as the core by means of Michael addition reaction and amidation condensation reaction with ethylenediamine and methyl acry-late as raws by divergent method. Then, the dispersant was synthesized by means of the 1. 5G hyperbranched molecule as initiator by reaction with 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid. The structure of products were identified by IR spectra and 'H NMR spectra . The influences of dispersant on apparent viscosity, rheological behaviour and static stability of coal water slurry prepared from Shenfu coal are studied. The results of the research show that the slurry concentration reach at 67%, and the dosage of the dispersant is 0. 4% ( quantity fraction of the coal-water slurry) ,the viscosity of the coal water slurry would be only at 987mPa · s. The rheological investigation indicates that the slurry pumped with dispersant is pseudoplastic fluid. The adsorption curve of hyperbranched dispersant on coal particles approximates L type which has a good adsorptive capacity, and the coal water slurry has a good static stability.
