MWCNTs/聚氨酯功能涂层的静电喷涂制备和表征∗

         

摘要

In order to solve the problems that the corrosion resistance,electrical conductibility and adhesive strength of conductive and corrosion resistance coating are poor,MWCNTs/polyurethane functional coatings were prepared by electrostatic spraying,using polyurethane powders as binder and multi-walled carbon nano-tube(MWCNTs)as electrically conductive additive.The prepared coatings were characterized by double-config-uration four-point probe meter,FT-IR,SEM,tensile testing and static immersion method.The results showed that the adhesive strength between prepared MWCNTs/polyurethane functional coatings and matrix was larger than 14.38 MPa.The specific resistance of the functional coatings increased with decreasing carbon nanotube content.When the content of carbon nanotube was lower than 0.5%,the specific resistance of the functional coating was 1.11 ×103 Ω·m,far lower than that for static electricity conductive coatings stated by national standard.The corrosion resistance of functional coatings was stronger than that of polyurethane coating,and that of the functional coating with the carbon nanotube content of 0.5% was the highest.%针对现有导电耐蚀涂料存在耐蚀性或导电性不佳、且涂层与基体结合力差的问题,以聚氨酯为基料、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为导电填料,采用静电喷涂法制备MWCNTs/聚氨酯功能涂层,并借助双电测四探针测试仪、FT-IR、SEM、拉伸实验和静态浸泡法对功能涂层进行表征.结果表明,制得的MWCNTs/聚氨酯功能涂层与基体结合强度大于14.38 MPa,其导电性随 MWCNTs 含量的增加而增强;当 MWCNTs 含量低至0.5%时,功能涂层的电阻率为1.11×103Ω·m,远远低于国家标准规定的导静电涂料电阻率;该功能涂层的耐蚀性高于纯聚氨酯涂层,且在MWCNTs含量为0.5%时耐蚀性最高.
