粗集料棱角性对OGFC多孔沥青混合料性能的影响

             

摘要

In the paper,1 2 kinds of open-graded friction courses (OGFC)mixtures were prepared according to the gradation of OGFC-10,OGFC-13 and OGFC-16,the coarse aggregatesused in the OGFC mixture were worn in different degree by using los angeles abrasion machine.Then coarse aggregate angularity composite values (I c ) of 1 2 OGFC mixtures were got by using aggregate imaging measurement system and the road performances of these OGFC samples were tested.The results showed that when the aggregate gradation of the OGFC mixture were the same,the marshall stability,dynamic stability,porosity and skid resistance performance of OGFC de-creased along with the decrease of coarse aggregate angularity value significantly,but the permeability perform-ance of these OGFC change slightly.When the aggregate gradation of the OGFC mixtures were different,mar-shall stability,dynamic stability and skid resistance performance of OGFC-16 and porosity of OGFC-10 de-creased obviously along with the decrease of coarse aggregate angularity composite values (I c ).%采用洛杉矶磨耗机对粗集料进行不同程度磨耗后,按照 OGFC-10、OGFC-13和 OGFC-16等3种级配制备了12种 OGFC 沥青混合料。在室内借助集料图像测量系统得到了不同 OGFC 沥青混合料的粗集料棱角性综合值Ic,并测试了各沥青混合料的相关路用性能。结果表明,当集料级配相同时,粗集料棱角性下降会造成 OGFC沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、空隙率和抗滑性能均有明显下降,但对渗水性能影响不大。当集料级配不同时,3种 OGFC 沥青混合料中,随着粗集料棱角性综合值I c 的下降,OGFC-16的马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度和抗滑性能下降最明显,OGFC-10的空隙率下降最明显。
