基板材质对 TeO 2纳米线微观结构的影响

     

摘要

TeO 2 nanowires were synthesized at 450 ℃ by thermal evaporation method using Te powders as the source material.The influence of various substrate materials on structure and morphology of TeO 2 nanowires was investigated.It was found that TeO 2 nanowires with fine crystallinity,high surface-to-volume ratio,and large yield could be obtained on Au-coated glass and Si substrates.TeO 2 nanowires were also observed on non-coated and Au-coated Al2 O 3 substrates in spite of relatively low surface-to-volume ratio and poor morphology. However,TeO 2 microparticles were found on non-coated glass and Si substrates.It is concluded that the growth of TeO 2 nanowires is based on vapor-solid growth mechanism because Au nanoparticles deposited on the sub-strates only accelerate the growth of TeO 2 nanowires.%以金属碲粉为原料,在450℃温度下采用热蒸发法制备 TeO 2纳米线,考察了不同基板材质对TeO 2纳米线结构和形貌的影响.研究结果表明,在镀金玻璃(glass)基板和 Si 基板上均可以获得结晶好、长径比高、产量大的 TeO 2纳米线,在未镀金和镀金Al2 O 3基板上可以获得 TeO 2纳米线,但产物的长径比和形貌相对较差,而在未镀金 glass 基板和 Si 基板上获得的则是 TeO 2微米级颗粒.TeO 2纳米线通过气-固生长机制生长,Au 颗粒只是起到加速 TeO 2纳米线生长的作用.
