对(Zr56Al16Co28)100-xNbx(x=0,2,4)非晶合金进行电化学测试,得到室温下在Hank's溶液中电化学的动电极极化曲线.电化学测试显示在Zr-Co-Al非晶合金中添加Nb能提高其在Hank's溶液中的耐腐蚀性能.同时,XPS证明耐腐蚀性能的提高主要原因是添加元素后合金富Zr的表面保护膜增加了.最后,运用MS计算二十面体模型中的键能,分析了添加Nb后富Zr的表面保护膜的增加机理.%The corrosion resistance of (Zr56Al16Co28)100-xNbx(x=0,2,4)metallic glasses at room temperature in Hank's solution was systematically investigated.Electrochemical measurements indicate that the addition of niobium into Zr-Co-Al amorphous alloys improves the corrosion resistance in Hank's solution,and XPS demon-strates that the addition of alloys can increase the amount of Zr-enriched surface film,which is mainly responsi-ble for the high corrosion resistance.Finally,the increased mechanism of Zr-enriched surface film has been ana-lyzed after adding the Nb by the bond energy which had been calculated in the icosahedron model by the MS.
