Because of the differ-ences between juveniles and adults in both physiology and psychology, during the interrogation, it must be carried out according to their particular psychology( The special procedure of juveniles is written into Crim-inal Procedure Law Amendment for the purpose of juveniles suspect's right protect. To find the truth and beat the crime are the duties of criminal investigation department, but scholars focus on how to keep the balance between countering crime and protecting right in a legal state.
