社会兼职对大学生就业竞争力影响研究--基于十所在榕高校的实证分析

摘要

A graduate ’ employment competitiveness tells loudly his/her comprehensive competence in integra-ting oneself with the career chance .A good part-time job will definitely improve graduates'employment competi-tiveness , yet most present college students are not capable of keeping balance between their studies and part -time jobs , and they have certain blind spots in picking jobs due to their lack of legal awareness and their being in a soci -ety with much to be improved .Besides there is no designated office to be in charge .Therefore , college administra-tion should work with college students to improve their employment competitiveness through any possible ways .%大学生就业竞争力是实现大学生个体和职业机会有效结合的综合素养的集中反映，良好的社会兼职活动是在校大学生提升就业竞争力的重要途径之一。目前，在校大学生社会兼职存在兼职与学习之间“度”的把握欠缺、兼职的盲目性、缺乏统一管理和指导以及社会管理的不规范性和学生的法制意识薄弱等问题。因此，学校与学生均要通过各种途径与努力，才能通过社会兼职提升大学生的就业竞争力。
