随着城市的扩展和机动车保有量增长，新区进出城主干道因城市公共资源配置不平衡、新区规划布局不合理以及道路沿线设施设置不科学等问题，急需从改进规划布局、完善路网结构、加强设施建设、科学化组织与管理等方面着手进行完善和解决。%With the city expansion and the growth of the number of vehicles, the main highways in the new dis-tricts of a city have to face with the following problems:the imbalance allocation of city public resources, the un-reasonable layout of the new districts and the imperfection of infrastructure along the highways. Therefore, it needs to be solved by improving the facilities layout, perfecting the road network structure, increasing the construction of the road facilities and making the organization and management more scientific.
