基于哈贝仿生复合纳米材料固定酶的过氧化氢生物传感器

             

摘要

目的:构建基于纳米金-聚多巴胺-氧化石墨烯-甲苯胺蓝(A PG T )哈贝仿生复合纳米材料制备的H2 O2生物传感器,并研究该传感器的性能。方法采用一步原位聚合法制备APGT ,并采用紫外-可见光谱、扫描电镜、X射线能谱及电化学方法对该传感器进行表征。结果该电化学传感器表现出对 H2 O2良好的电催化还原行为,线性范围为1.0~40.0μmol/L ,检测限为0.32μmol/L ,表观米氏常数为16.9μmol/L。结论该生物传感器制备简单、绿色,具有较高的稳定性,较低的检出限和较小的米氏常数,且具有重现性好和抗干扰能力强等特点。%Objective Construction of a novel hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on gold nanopar-ticles-polydopamine-graphene oxide-toluidine blue (APGT ) nanocomposite ,and studying the characteris-tics of the biosensor . Methods The APGT nanocomposite was synthesized by a simple one-pot in situ chemical polymerization method ,and the characteristics of the as-prepared APGT nanocomposite were in-vestigated by using UV-vis spectroscopy ,energy dispersive X-ray (EDS) and electrochemical methods re-spectively . Results The biosensor showed good electrocatalytic activity to H2O2 with a linear range from 1~40 μmol/L ,low detection limit of 0 .32 μmol/L (S/N=3) and a low apparent KappM of 16 .9 μmol/L . Conclusion The simple and green operation ,low detection limit ,good selectivity ,excellent stability ,and reproducibility of the biosensor indicated its promising application in biomolecules immobilization .
