村社结构与乡村治理的取向r——以湖南A村为例

摘要

The relationship on rural organization is similar with the strong state and weak society,and it's governance orientation is to build a stable society.Based on the needs for rural economy,the "strong village committee and weak village" has substantial rationality currently.While in terms of the needs of development,to establish a "strong village committee and strong village" about the village social structure may be the final orientation of rural development.%当前强政府与弱社会的关系状态,形成了与国家和社会关系相类似的村社关系结构,其治理的取向在于构建稳态型结构的乡村社会.基于村庄经济发展的需要,当前的"强村委与弱村庄"具有现实意义上的合理性;而从发展的需要而言,建立"强村委与强村民"的村社关系结构应该是村庄治理的最终价值所在.
